Our restaurant was established on 25th May in 2005 and our operation concept is ‘Demonstrating comprehensive Hunan Cuisine, Spreading the culture of Hunan, Appreciating master cook’s culinary arts, Leading new trend of fine food’. Since the opening, our restaurant has been providing the customers with authentic Hunan Cuisine and food service. We offer our customers the chance to know more about Hunan Cuisine which is the culture of Hunan and China.

In our restaurant, you could enjoy the authentic Chinese Cuisine, especially the authentic Hunan Cuisine cooked by the famous cook Mr. Zhang Qiang.Thanks to your appreciation, our restaurant was named the ‘International Chinese Restaurant’ by the World Association of Chinese Cuisine and was presented the ‘Gold Chopsticks Award’ by the International Fine Food and Tourism Association of France.

Master Cook: Zhang Qiang. He is from Changsha, Hunan Province. Being a professional Chinese food cook, prestigious internationally, Zhang Qiang has won the China Golden Cook Award, China Excellent Young Cook, Gold Prize of China Cook Festival and Special Gold Prize of the World Prestigious Cook Competition.
